Public Questions to ArcelorMittal Group

GRF v3.0 — Evidence-Bounded Case Application.

Public interestv1.0Evidence-bounded inquiry

Abstract

Evidence-bounded public inquiry

This publication presents a bounded set of public questions concerning the verifiability of grievance review, corrective actions, effect testing, evidence preservation and organisational learning in the ArcelorMittal Zenica-related procedural record.

Required boundary

Questions, not findings

These questions are not findings of misconduct, retaliation, intent, liability or causation.

The Leaders League interview with Henk Scheffer dated 14 September 2026 is used only as a public governance benchmark and not as a case-specific admission.

The 2 May 2026 preservation request is documented; implementation of preservation is not assumed without further evidence.

Methodological framework

Governance Resilience Framework — GRF v3.0

The GRF methodology and the case-specific public questions are separate publications. The case application does not constitute empirical validation of GRF v3.0.
