Release controls
Every output must identify its author, document type, publication status, version, publication date, evidence cut-off, methodological limitations and intended use. The public landing page is the canonical identity of the publication; the PDF is its downloadable file.
Status discipline
Findings, proposals, submissions, procedural acknowledgements and institutional positions must remain separately labelled. Publication does not imply peer review, validation, endorsement or acceptance by any institution.
Approval record
No output is entered in the registry until its public file, bibliographic record, citation metadata, canonical URL and SHA-256 value have been checked against the release object.
