Persistent identity
Every publication receives a stable ARM Policy Lab ID and permanent HTML landing page. The landing page is canonical; the PDF remains a version-specific download object.
Version chain
Superseded versions remain preserved, carry a visible SUPERSEDED label and link to the current version. Previous and next version fields remain explicit in the machine-readable manifest, including null values where no linked version exists.
Integrity
Every distributed file is identified by SHA-256 calculated over the exact public binary. Any changed binary requires a new hash and an auditable version or correction entry.
ARM Policy Lab IDs are internal persistent identifiers. They are not DOI names and do not imply validation, certification or endorsement.
