Publication governance

Evidence and source policy

Claims remain traceable to identifiable sources, time boundaries and explicit evidentiary status.

Source traceability

Claims must be linked to identifiable sources, a defined evidence cut-off and an explicit status. A file hash is recorded only from the exact binary released or transmitted; it is never inferred from a title, search result or derivative copy.

Claim-status separation

Documented fact, allegation, disputed matter, discrepancy, inference, legal characterisation and open question must not be collapsed into one category.

Source protection

Confidential, personal and legally restricted material is not made public merely because it supports an analysis. Public records identify the evidentiary basis at the highest level consistent with lawful and safe disclosure.
